I am a lifelong Northsider with family business on the south side so I have had many beef sandwiches from many places and this was the most OVERRATED place I have ever eaten at. The beef was tough, overly greasy tastless and the "hot" was as mild as it was under dressed. I can name 5 beef stands that are better and that is skipping AL'S

I have been going to Roma's for 40 years and it is consitantly great juicy and flavorfull. beats many of the more well known places by a mile.
Tuttut007 may eat here again.
