Juicy/dipped with mozzarella and no peppers
The melted mozorella is nicely toasted in the broiler with a crispy skin on the top but the beef and the juice were unimpressive. It tasted like the beef was kept dry and then just plunked in the juice right before it was served. Additionally the juice was not that tasty, and tasted watered down. All in all and ok attempt for a convenient lunch but not a destination or a contender.

Juicy/dipped with cheddar cheese and no peppers
The Portillo's "Big Beef" is still a favorite of mine. Even through they are a chain they turn out a great product. I love the good quality cheese, the tender beef, and the tasty juice. It never disappoints. Combo it with fries, a Chicago dog with everything, and a root beer and I'm in heaven!
