Firstly, I really love Charcoal Delights. One of my Favorite spots. The italian beef is good. It's not excellent. The beef could be a little more tender. But if you are in the neighborhood, its definitely worth a try. Its got good savory flavor and a nice au jus.
Dc5851 may eat here again.
