Regular with giardiniera
A great beef. The beef is sliced very thin and is quite tender. The giardiniera is excellent -- I like in the classic style, with lots of green olives, and they get it done. Also, the beef is moist, these are not dry or tough in any way. The bread is always fresh. I've been there dozens of time and the quality is always excellent. Gold standard for Italian Beef.

Regular with giardiniera
Excellent beef. Great bread, great meat, and the giardiniera pretty much sets the standard. Lots of big veggies including nice sized green olives. These beefs come pretty moist even if you don't request it, which is good in my book, who wants a dry Italian Beef? I'd call Buona Beef the gold standard. They should mint an Illinois State Quarter with a Buona Beef on it.
