Sweet Pepper Recipe 1
SWEET PEPPERS FOR ITALIAN BEEF
1. Wash Green bell peppers. Slice peppers
in half and remove the seeds and white
membrane. Slice the cleaned pepper
halves in half and place in a medium sized
pot.
2. Begin to cook down the peppers occasionally stir them around so the skin of the peppers become bubbled.
3. Now add some vegetable or olive oil and
some minced garlic and stir the peppers
until they are completely coated with oil.
Salt heavily with sea salt or table salt.
4. Cover and Fry the peppers down on medium heat stir periodically until they are super soft.
5. Serve on top of an Italian beef sandwich.
