We use the old world recipe that has Chicago transplants not missing home nearly as much as they used to. CHICAGO HOT DOG......with a twist...relish,imported sport peppers,tomatoes,pickles,celery salt,onions and yellow mustard. no Vienna beef here but a Polish dog= Beef,Pork & Veal. We even import the poppy seed bun!
