The atmosphere is not that great and the guy that was working the counter had an accent if you know what I'm saying? As far as the beef, it was good for California and it fed my craving since I visit Long Beach about 4 times a year to visit the in-laws. I've been to Mustards 3 times in the last 3 visits so I must like it.
