Pinemoor Pizza - Crystal Lake IL. Overview

Pinemoor Pizza has served the Crystal Lake area for 60 years making us the oldest pizza place in the county.We specialize in thin crust fresh made pizza to your liking!Pizza is the only thing we do so we do that right. Established in 1952 Family owned since 1952. Harry Schnell bought the old Pinemoor Hotel on Lake Street back in the 50's and his step son Dick Trownsell took over in 1971. A fire burnt the old hotel down in April of 1982. It was a sad day for Crystal Lake since the Pinemoor was home to many ball teams and groups for pizza and beer.In August of 1982 Dick and Ann Trownsell rented space in the Crystal Lake Plaza as a temporary way to make pizza. Here almost 30 years later we are still in the small space only making pizza from our old recipe. Pinemoor has made pizza for many generations of customers. Old customers return for a visit every time they come back to Crystal Lake. Cindy has worked for  Pinemoor Pizza for over 15 years. She has a smiling face for all customers and keeps them happy. Born and raised in Crystal Lake she has many memories to share about the town and it's people.Stop in and meet her or say HI.
